Thank you for joining the digital revolution in the school yearbook industry being spearheaded by YearBoxx! The print yearbook industry has been under stress for years. We believe that the yearbook industry can be revivified by offering a yearbook product that meets the criteria of the digital generation: price, relevance, updating, inclusion of all school memories (prom, graduation, end of year sports, theatre, clubs etc.).

Note, sales are not restricted to units shown in the chart. If a school needs 267 copies, only order that amount. The commission will be $7.49 until the number hits 750 copies, at which point the per unit commission will jump to $7.99. There is no restriction to the number of copies. Less than 100 copies is acceptable, we want to support the small schools.
Reseller shall sell the YearBoxxCreate Annual Design and App Creation Software for $99.99. Reseller will not receive any commission on this product. If the YearBoxxCreate Software is bundled with other products, the Supplier should indicate this product on the invoice submitted to Idiom Publishing as a separate line item.
- The annual license for the YearBoxx Annual Design and App Creation Software will not become activated until the Annual Licensee Fee has been collected by the Supplier either from the photographer (studio) or the school directly.
- Reseller may offer the purchase of the YearBoxx Digital and Interactive Student App at the suggested retail price of $14.99. Reseller has the option of selling the YearBoxx Student App for more or less than the suggested retail price, which would typically happen in a bundling situation.
- However, the introductory commission rate of 50% on the sale of the YearBoxx Student App will be restricted to the suggested retail price only. Any amount charged above $14.99 will be retained by the reseller in addition to the commission. Any discounting will be the absorbed by the reseller.
If you have a special sales situation, let us know, we will try to work something out with you.
- The YearBoxx Digital and Interactive Student App will be prepared for download by the customer. Once the number of student apps has been identified and paid to either YearBoxx or the Reseller shall the download be released. Should there be the need to download apps after the initial download to new students, the number of new students must be identified and paid in advance of the new student download.
- Commissions from the Supplier to the Reseller will occur no more than 10 business days after the receipt of payment from the customer. Payments may be made either electronically or by check at the Resellers option.
